MEET & GREETS: Average Meet & Greet is 25 to 100+ ‘fans’ (and sponsors).

WHY HIRE US? Simply because of TIME & QUALITY. The Photographer(s) of Stage Results are able to take far better images, faster, and more efficiently than dealing with assorted camera phones, fan cameras, with flash issues. We pay attention to ‘closed eyes’ and where attention toward the camera goes. The Photographer helps the line move far more quickly (with far better images), which both the fans & artists usually appreciate (especially when the artist is on a tight schedule).

HOW? Photographer tries to get at least two ‘snaps’ of each person(s) with the artist, to help insure all eyes are open, people are paying attention to what they should, and everyone looks ready.

WHEN? Most ‘Meet & Greet’ shoots happen 20 to 60 minutes BEFORE the show starts, and sometimes AFTER. It’s up to manager/performer to let Photographer know when & where, and if any additional material is needed (such as a backdrop).

WHAT? Backdrop can be supplied by artist, or brought by photographer… can be logo’ed, or solid black (green screen is also possible).

Options:

a) FREE (to PERFORMER): Photographer shoots & processes images for no charge to Performer, in which case, PHOTOGRAPHER will be able to offer finished images FOR SALE TO THOSE FANS (for at least 14 to 30 days) before sending one web ready image of each of the people shot during the Meet & Greet to PERFORMER FOR FREE (if requested), for royalty free use on their website(s). Photographer normally ‘sells’ Meet & Greet instant downloadable images for $2ea for ‘web ready’ – and $5 for ‘print ready’ – and $10 for ‘original size’ (usually 18 to 24 megapixels); OR,

b) JUST THE SHOOT ~ PRE-PAYMENT (to Stage Results ~ by Performer, Sponsor, Venue, Label): $100 – shoot ONLY, NO processing, tweaking, rating, sorting, etc. ~ ONE IMAGE OF EACH PERSON, in web ready format (600 pixels on the long side – super fast over the web), emailed to Performer (or payee) to give away, post on social networking, artist web site, etc., usually in 3 to 24 hours after the show. Will have Photographer’s watermark so fans can see ALL of the images taken, where they can purchase prints or other images.

c) FULL PROCESSING ~ PRE-PAYMENT (to Stage Results ~ by Performer, Sponsor, Venue, Label): for a flat fee of $250)– Photographer shoots & processes images, including any red‐eye removal, basic zit removal, and image sorting (selecting best image possible), and shall supply one (1) print ready, 1400 pixels on the long side (fast, but should be sized down a bit for web use), image of each person shot as soon as the processing is done (usually 12 to 72 hours after the shoot). This price is regardless of number of people at the meet & greet; and Performer may post, use, give away, gift, or otherwise distribute those ‘fan photos’ royalty free, without any further payment or question to Photographer.

Meet & Greets will ONLY BE SHOT AT THE ABOVE PRICES IF Stage Results Photographer(s) is allowed to shoot the show. Then there are TWO OPTIONS for ‘Show Images’:

a) NO SHOOT FEE – any images wanted can be purchased from website (www.TerryMercer.com – under Concerts – under Artists Name) after the fact, at reasonable prices, individually. If there aren’t any the artist (manager, label, etc) wants… then there is nothing owed. The prices are there, but negotiable if quality is wanted.

b) PRE-PAY… which will positively save a whole lot of money. Below are the Packages Available:

Package 1: (Still Photography) $250
• On location for professional photo-shoot
• Delivery of 4 hi resolution digital images (minimum 1920×2400 300dpi)
• $50 for each additional image selected (normally $250 each)

Package 2: (Still Photography) $500 to members
• On location for professional photo-shoot
• Delivery of 10 hi resolution digital images (minimum 1920×2400 300dpi)
• $50 for each additional image selected (normally $250 each)

Package 3: (Still Photography) $1,000 to members
• On location for professional photo-shoot
• Delivery of 20 hi resolution digital images (minimum 1920×2400 300dpi)
• $50 for each additional image selected (normally $250 each)
• 1 – 20+ megapixel hi-res digital image, for posters & banners (normally $250 per image)

NOTE: Regardless of the package selected:
• SELECTED Package Images are YOURS TO USE ROYALTY FREE for unlimited web use, and unlimited promotional & portfolio print use.
• “ROYALTY FREE”, is NOT licensed for any commercial resale.
• All images stored securely on an Off-site Data Storage System for 2 years.
• Members get 24/7/365 instant download access of all hi resolution images, on secure website interface, with discount code where applicable;
• Image Copyright(s) retained by Terry Mercer and/or TerryMercer’s domain(s) & company;
• Photo Credit is required.
• Additional discounts available for artist agreeing to passively post sponsor link(s) on to social networks. Inquiries Welcome.

For VIDEO ~ Live Show/Concert…


Package 1: (Video Promo Photography) $2,500 for members
• Professional Edited Video of ONE (1) Song… (usually two takes, if necessary)
• 1 Videographer – 3 or more cameras
• 1 HD 1080p video, edited, mixed, and mastered.

Any additional songs requested and shot will be an extra charge.

Package 2: (The Marketing PACKAGE – Mega Enhanced) – for KickStarter, Patreon, Razoo, GoFunMe, IndieGogo, or any other crowd funding promotional type of use.
• Pricing available upon request.
• These ARE SCRIPTED – sometimes multi-location shoots,
• Talking about band… music… and goals…

Package 3: (The STAR PACKAGE ~ FULL PRODUCTION, MUSIC VIDEO… as simple or crazy as we want to design it)
• Initial Fee of $250 for Consultation and Production Planning is required for detailed planning.
• Pricing available upon request, once basic concept, goals, and expectations are defined.

NOTE:
• Musician MUST BRING COPY OF COPYRIGHT DOCUMENTATION, to prove they own the rights to that song.
• Musician maintains Full Copyright of their Music & Words (covers by original holder).
• Musician signs Letter of Indemnification for each song Terry Mercer & Company is recording, mastering, and helping to promote.
• ALL video is using HD 1080p quality camera(s), 2 to 4+ cameras available, with professional tools, including digital sound capturing.
• Track recording & professional mixing may incur extra charge.

ALL of the above packages include:

• Licensing, release and distribution of video by client for promotional purposes (not resell);
• Video Imagery & Creation Copyright retained by Terry Mercer.com
• Videographer retains right to link & use finished video(s) by Videographer, Sponsor(s) & Venue(s) to help promote band, show examples of finished work, etc.
• Videographer NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CROWD CONTROL, and quality of video absolutely depends on the crowd… their noise, bumping camera person, stepping in view, etc.

• Video Prices assume purchase of still image package, w/travel & expenses covered.
• Videographer has underwater still & video equipment available. (Additional charges for filming below 8 feet, cold, night, extreme, or dangerous situations).
